The Story : Kandha Kottai revolves a residential colony. Nakulan is a resident of the place while Poorna comes to the colony for vacation. Nakulan hates love while Poorna has immense respect for it. How they come together is the rest of the story
There are certain ambiguities that need to be sorted out after watching Kandha Kottai. How come filmmakers are still beating the same bush with hackneyed stories? If so, how do producers okay such scripts and turn them into pictures spending lavish money? We’re sure; you will walk out of theatres with so many questions in your mind after watching this film.

I don't know what these tamil directors are thinking , how are they so sure that these kind of movies will become hit . Tamil movies are improving with movies like subramaniapuram,unnaipol oruvan,
kaadhal,vettaiyadu vilayaadu and at the same time
movies like these are coming out (kanda kottai,Villu,(jollu,all vijay movies)...
i think these guys pack thier bags and come to chennai from some village trying to make some idiotic movie like this . please do not encourage these kinda movies as tamil movies are progressing very well compared to other south indian movies . Please Stop these non-sense and produce some good movies .
